- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that riding an eBike involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, property damage, or death, and you assume all such risks associated with the use of the eBike. Tampa Bay eBikes shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the eBike.
- Warranty: Tampa Bay eBikes does not provide its own warranty for the eBikes sold. Instead, the warranty is provided by the respective manufacturers of the products. These warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as specified in the manufacturer's warranty policy. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from improper use, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly or follow the warranty procedures provided with your eBike.

Refund Eligibility

- The item must be returned within 3 days of the purchase date.
- The Item must be free from damage, dents or scratches.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).
Non-refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

- Electric bikes damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all returned electric bikes. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned items.
